Athercroft Cavaliers. A collaboration between two friends with decades-long knowledge of canine structure, breeding and genetics. Focused on preservation of the uniquely amazing breed known as the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Please don’t call them cavies… that’s a guinea pig. The Cavalier is an elegant toy spaniel. Weighing 13-18 pounds with a tail that wags almost constantly and big, dark eyes that will melt any heart. Cavaliers are loved for their sweet, easy-going temperament. Moderate in all aspects. Limited grooming required to keep a Cavalier in good condition.
Placements
We match each dog with the home that best suits its individual personality and needs. Cavaliers deserve to be treasured members of the family. This is more important to us than any competition titles or awards.
